Integrated Paper Corner Protector Production Line (Slitting + Forming + Notching)

Composed of a paper roll slitting machine, paper corner forming machine and notching machine, this integrated production line realizes one-stop automatic production from paper roll slitting and corner forming to finished product notching. The modular linkage design ensures tight process connection without manual handling, solving the common problems of scattered procedures, low output, large dimensional error and high labor cost of traditional single machines.

The front slitting machine provides high-precision burr-free cutting with consistent raw material size. The main forming machine stably produces high-strength and compression-resistant L-type and U-type paper corners. The matched notching machine supports customized punching sizes and positions with smooth cuts, no secondary trimming required.

Equipped with PLC intelligent control system and servo drive, the line supports flexible parameter adjustment for different sizes and thicknesses of paper corners.
