RG Carton Electric Pre-heater Machine

RG Corrugated cardboard pre-heater have single layer, double layer, three layer type machine. It is used for heating the single flute corrugated cardboard and kraft paper.. It can remove the moisture so that the final corrugated cardboard is stronger. It is one of the important parts in the 2 layer corrugated cardboard line and automatic 3/5/7 layer corrugated cardboard production line.

1. Diameter of pre-heater roller: φ400mm. φ600mm,φ900mm,φ1100mm.
2. Effective width: 1400mm-2200mm
4. Surface of all rollers are well treated by grind and plated hard chrome, glabrous and durable.
5. Adopt dishing seal or plat design. Insure reel paper be heated averagely.
6. Single layer, double layer and three layer pre-heater according to requirement.
