TQ Corrugated Cardboard Over Bridge Machine

The Conveyer bridge machine is used for Natural drying the single flute corrugated cardboard which produced by the single facer machine. Or it will have the Buffer and balance function between the single facer machine and double facer machine if this two machine speed is not same.

⚫ Auto Web guiding: non-touch Electric eyes guiding the paper, position as middle line or edge,

guiding work about 3-5m complete;

⚫ Change Paper Width: When Corrugated board width change, auto as middle position to guiding,

avoid paper break;

⚫ Order Change: change order no need reduce Speed;

⚫ Noise: reduce the more noise compare with suction type;

⚫ Power: Save more power compare with suction type;

⚫ Paper Flat: tension device automatic adjusting two side, keep flat;

⚫ Glue effect: micro adjusting the left right, keep glue precision;
