I often encounter some questions about the production of cardboard or carton from customers. Today I'd like to share some of my views.

If you want to set up a carton factory to produce corrugated boxes of various sizes, you need to buy flexo printing slotting die cutting machines, folder gluing machines / automatic stitching machine, strapper and other machines. You will use corrugated cardboard as raw material, and the final product is the carton box you want.

If you want to build a cardboard factory, you need to buy a corrugated cardboard production line. You will use kraft paper roll as raw material, and the final product is corrugated cardboard.

These are two different projects, and the investment is also very different.

If you originally planned to set up a cardboard factory to produce corrugated cardboard, you can add printing machines and other equipment after the smooth operation of the factory, and you can produce cartons yourself, which will not increase your extra investment.

If you plan to set up a carton factory to produce cartons for sale, but your raw material can only be kraft paper rolls, you need to buy a cardboard production line to get corrugated cardboard, and then use  printing machine to make cardboard into cartons. You need to prepare enough investment.

Many people preparing to make cartons do not know what machines they need to buy or what projects they will do, which often leads to the actual investment far exceeding the budget.
