Working Principle
The machine runs along a horizontal line:
(1) feeding and manual alignment of the board blank;
(2) double-piece registration where two blanks are aligned for large cartons;
(3) glue application onto the glue flap;
(4) folding along the pre-creased score lines under guide rails;
(5) continuous press conveyance to bond the glue joint;
(6) discharge and manual collection of formed cartons.
Belt conveying and guide-rail folding replace hand pressing, keeping the blank square and the joint closed during glue setting.
