This Automatic Down Stacker is a backend stacking unit designed for medium-to-high speed corrugated board production lines. Featuring an alternating double-basket receiving structure with servo drive and PLC control, it quickly and neatly stacks sheeted corrugated boards into standard piles. Compatible with various flute types and board grammages, it delivers flat stacking, accurate counting and stable operation, effectively reducing manual labor and improving overall line output efficiency.

Working Principle:
Sheeted boards enter the stacker via the conveyor belt and are received synchronously by the basket arms on both sides. When the preset sheet count is reached, the baskets open rapidly and the pile drops smoothly onto the lifting conveyor below; the baskets then reset to receive the next batch, enabling continuous automatic stacking.
Key Features:
1. Two sets of baskets alternate to receive boards, ensuring a fast stacking rhythm and uninterrupted handling for high-speed lines.
2. Servo motors drive lifting and traversing movements for precise positioning and neat pile edges.
3. Photoelectric detection combined with PLC counting enables automatic pile separation by preset sheet count, facilitating downstream packaging and warehousing.
4. Compatible with A/B/C/E flute types and board grammages from 120 to 400 g/m², handling thin boards without collapse and thick boards without jamming.
5. Equipped with safety guards, emergency stop buttons and photoelectric protection, complying with industrial safety standards.
