NORTH PACK SF-280C/320C Absorb fingerless single facer corrugator machine is for produce the single flute corrugated cardboard. The up down corrugated flute roller adopt 52CrMo high quality alloy steel. It is the heart part of the single facer corrugated cardboard production line and automatic 3/5/7 layer corrugated cardboard production line in the corrugated packaging industry. The corrugated flute can be A/B/C/E/F flute. The heating way of the machine can be electric , steam, oil , gas heating.

7. Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.
8. Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.
9. The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 52CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The hardness HRC58o-60o,the surface be grinded.
10. The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chrome plated.
11. Motorized or manual glue width dividing to match the paper width.
12. Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped
