High-Speed Servo Corrugated Box Printing & Folding Gluing Inline Line
This fully automatic servo-controlled corrugated box linkage line connects the whole converting process in one inline flow — from automatic sheet feeding, four-color flexo printing, slotting and die-cutting, through inline folding and gluing, all the way to automatic counting, bundling and robotic palletizing.
By integrating six process units into a single synchronized line, it turns flat corrugated sheets into finished, strapped and palletized cartons without intermediate handling. The entire line is driven by servo motors and a PLC control system, ensuring accurate register, stable high-speed running, quick job changeover and consistent box quality.
A single operator can run the line from the central HMI. It is ideal for carton plants that want to raise output, cut labor dependence, reduce floor waste and standardize end-of-line packing.
Line Flow & Units Detail：
① Automatic Sheet Feeder
Automatic lead-edge feeding of corrugated sheets with smooth, precise registration. Stacks are loaded once and fed into the printing unit at a synchronized speed, reducing mis-feed and double-feed.
② High-Speed 4-Color Flexo Printer Slotter Die-Cutter
The core of the line: up to four-color flexo printing, slotting and rotary die-cutting completed in one pass. Servo-controlled print and anilox rollers keep color-to-color register accurate; quick-lock die and plate mounts support fast order changeover.
③ Inline Folder Gluer
Folds and glues the printed/slotted/die-cut blank continuously inline. Servo-controlled fold and glue sections deliver square, well-creased boxes with consistent glue application.
④ Drop-Down Delivery & Counter
Finished boxes drop by gravity onto a jogged stack and are automatically counted, then sent to the bundling unit. Accurate piece counting supports exact order quantities and avoids miscount shipment.
⑤ Automatic Strapping / Bundling Machine
Auto PP-band bundling of counted box bundles for safe stacking and transport, fully synchronized with line speed — no manual banding.
⑥ Robotic Arm Palletizer
A robotic palletizer takes strapped bundles and stacks them onto pallets in a programmed pattern, replacing heavy manual loading and keeping end-of-line output consistent.
Control System
Whole-line PLC + full servo control with a central HMI: recipe storage, speed sync between units, fault alarm and status monitoring. All motions communicate so a jam at any unit stops the line in a controlled way.
